1.1. JUMP Today Pty Ltd operates an online platform allowing Users to connect with each other to supply services.

1.2. These terms and Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.

1.3. These Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under any consumer protection legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of such legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and consumer protection legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.

1.4. These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Platform and the way we expect Users to behave on our Site. We will notify Users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.

2.1. JUMP Today Pty Ltd owns, provides and operates the JUMP platform.

2.2. JUMP reserves the right to deny any individual the ability to register or create an account. JUMP may cancel, suspend, or modify any existing account at its sole discretion. JUMP may act on the above action should it reasonably believe that a User’s behaviour, including any breach of this Agreement, negatively impacts the operation of the JUMP platform.

2.3. Except where prohibited by law, by using this Platform you indemnify and hold harmless JUMP Today Pty Ltd and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses, including legal fees arising out of your use of our platform or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

2.4. JUMP allows Users to advertise services and service providers, and does not assume any responsibility for the goods and services available on the platform.

2.5. JUMP may allow third parties to offer goods and services through its platform and does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of any available goods and services.

2.6. JUMP does not undertake any investigation in relation to any Users or third party service providers before they are admitted to the platform.

2.7. The Jump platform may contain links to third party websites or services that its do not own or control. JUMP is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party website or service linked to the platform.

2.8. All content published and made available on the platform is the property of JUMP Today Pty Ltd and the platforms creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Platform. JUMP may use this content at its discretion.

2.9. JUMP reserves its right to modify, reject or cancel any services or request for services posted on the platform.

3.1. Users will use the platform to connect with other Users to request and provide services. All information, descriptions, or images that you provide about any services are as accurate as possible. You agree to use any services on the platform at your own risk.

3.2. Any interaction with the JUMP platform will be legal under the laws of the state or territory the User resides in.

3.3. By using this platform, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

3.4. You will provide accurate information to JUMP and other JUMP platform Users, including but not limited to personal information and any request for or delivery of services. All personal information you provide to JUMP through your account is up to date, accurate, and truthful, and you will update your personal information if it changes.

3.5. You are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account.

3.6. Any data shared on the platform by you will not have the potential to cause physical, mental or financial harm to any other User on the platform, or JUMP itself. During your use of the platform, you will avoid creating any defamatory or threatening statements, malicious code or data, obscene material or partaking in any actions that infringe on the intellectual property rights of any party.

3.7. You are liable for any individuals involved in services that you may provide through the platform. This includes the skills, certifications, actions, payment and insurance of any individuals involved.

3.8. Where reasonable, you may request that your account on the JUMP platform be terminated at any time. You agree that JUMP may terminate your account at any time for any reason.

4.1. The JUMP platform accepts several methods of payment, including but not limited to Credit Card and PayPal.

4.2. When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

4.3. If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction. You release, indemnify and hold harmless JUMP for any loss, liability, injury, death, damage, or costs arising or in any way related to individuals involved in any services you provide through the platform.

5.1. Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and the JUMP platform are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you agree to submit the issue first before a non-binding mediator and to an arbitrator in the event that mediation fails.

5.2. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

5.3. Any mediator or arbitrator must be a neutral party acceptable to both parties. The costs of any mediation or arbitration will be shared equally between the parties.

5.4. Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you agree that we retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
