2.1. JUMP Today Pty Ltd owns, provides and operates the JUMP platform.
2.2. JUMP reserves the right to deny any individual the ability to register or create an account. JUMP may cancel, suspend, or modify any existing account at its sole discretion. JUMP may act on the above action should it reasonably believe that a User’s behaviour, including any breach of this Agreement, negatively impacts the operation of the JUMP platform.
2.3. Except where prohibited by law, by using this Platform you indemnify and hold harmless JUMP Today Pty Ltd and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses, including legal fees arising out of your use of our platform or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
2.4. JUMP allows Users to advertise services and service providers, and does not assume any responsibility for the goods and services available on the platform.
2.5. JUMP may allow third parties to offer goods and services through its platform and does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of any available goods and services.
2.6. JUMP does not undertake any investigation in relation to any Users or third party service providers before they are admitted to the platform.
2.7. The Jump platform may contain links to third party websites or services that its do not own or control. JUMP is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party website or service linked to the platform.
2.8. All content published and made available on the platform is the property of JUMP Today Pty Ltd and the platforms creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Platform. JUMP may use this content at its discretion.
2.9. JUMP reserves its right to modify, reject or cancel any services or request for services posted on the platform.
