This policy is used to inform you about our collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Information when using the JUMP platform, owned and operated by JUMP Today Pty Ltd.

If you choose to use our Platform, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information we collect is used to provide and improve our Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.

1. Information Collection, Use and Sharing

For a better experience while using our Service, we require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to name, email address and phone number. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this Privacy Policy. The platform may also use third-party software to collect and store your data.

As described above, we collect and use your Personal Information and data in order to provide and improve the service provided through our platform. In particular, Personal Information allows us to identify and authenticate our Users, allowing for a better environment and greater protection whilst using the platform. This information also allows us to better protect the platform itself, ensuring that we can provide the best possible service to our Users.

We collect your personal data through the creation of User accounts within the platform. From time to time, we may also use third party software and services to assist in the collection and review of personal data.

Whenever you use our service, we collect data and information (which may be through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the website when utilising our service, the time and date of your use of the service, your location and other statistics.

By monitoring the way you interact with the platform, we are able to develop its features, content and advertising and provide a service that is tailored to each User’s needs.

We are also required by law to retain certain information about our Users should it be needed for law enforcement or court proceedings.

JUMP may share your information with our service providers, other Users of the platform and our affiliate companies.

JUMP Today Pty Ltd acknowledges the importance of protecting the Personal Information of its Users. We will take reasonable measures to protect your Personal Information against unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. We will not sell or disclose your Personal Information to any third party unless required by law or in line with this Privacy Policy.

Noting the above, we do not warrant that any Personal Information or data you provide through our platform will be completely secure against third-party interception. You provide us with your data and your own risk, and it is your responsibility to maintain the security of your passwords and/or account information.

Through the use of our platform, you agree that confidential information shared through the platform with other Users shall be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the disclosing party. Confidential information shall include, but not be limited to, business plans, financial information, customer lists, trade secrets, and any other information that is designated by the parties as confidential. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the finalisation of any services provided for a period of seven (7) years. All Users acknowledge that any breach of this provision may cause irreparable harm to the disclosing party and that the disclosing party shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief to prevent any further breaches.

JUMP may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide the Services on our behalf, perform Service-related development and upgrades and assist us in analysing how our Service is used.

Users of the platform agree that these third parties may have access to your Personal Information. They are obligated not to disclose or use the information for any other purpose.

The platform may also contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site or platform. These external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of those sites or platforms. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, Privacy Policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

During your use of the platform, we may employ Cookies that are necessary for functionality and performance. Cookies used for advertising and the collection of analytical data may also be used by us to understand better how you use the platform so that we may enhance your experience.

We understand that you may want to access and correct the information and data we collect from you when you use our platform. Any individual whose Personal Information is collected, used, or disclosed by JUMP Today Pty Ltd has the right to access and correct their data. To exercise these rights, you may submit a written request to JUMP Today Pty Ltd. The request must include your name, contact information, and a description of the information they are seeking. JUMP Today Pty Ltd will respond to all requests within a practicable time after receipt. If JUMP Today Pty Ltd is unable to fulfil the request, we will provide an explanation for the denial. JUMP Today Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for processing data subject rights requests, as permitted by applicable law.
